Increase Profits
Control Payroll: Staff properly for taking care of customers along with handling the store needs (cleaning, straightening, putting away orders, RWays, etc.) RSSP: Properly train the staff to offer service plans. Make service plans a part of every sale. Dish Network: Increase offering. Make sure customers know that we have Dish available. Properly train the staff on plans and sales techniques. Batteries: Assume the sale. When selling anything that requires batteries automatically pull them and add them on. Also offer 4-4-10s to anyone purchasing batteries. Monster: Add Monster cables on to every sale. Think Monster first at all times. Always offer a Monster cable with any product requiring cables. | ||||
Digital Photography and Video
Proper Display: Get the base and platform necessary to display the digital cameras. (Chesterfield Mall?) Set up a camera and printer to demo. Training: Make sure all associates understand digitial photography and video. what the equipment can and cant do. How to demo it. Model Quantity: Get cameras and camcorders to fully stock the store. Make sure that we have a suffecient supply to sell. Accessories: Add-ons. Batteries, cases, memory cards, memory card readers, tapes. RSSP: Properly train the staff to offer service plans. Make service plans a part of every sale. RSAP: Offer the card with every sale over $50. This would include all cameras and camcorders. | ||||
Wireless / WIndex
Training: EROS and FAST. Make sure every employee carries a phone that they can demo. Everyone should know the current plans and available packages. Frequent Role-Plays. Plans: Have all plan brochures available. Train on qualifying to offer the proper plan for the customers needs. Model Quantities: Have all available phones on display. Make sure we have enough phones on hand to cover our customers needs. Accessories / WIndex: Leather cases, clips, batteries, headsets, CLAs, RSSP. Offer and add-on to every sale. RSSP: Properly train the staff to offer service plans. Make service plans a part of every sale. RSAP: Offer the card with every sale over $50. Home Theater
Store Display: Get HE wall updated and set up to planogram. Set up rear speakers. Make sure all portable TVs are operational. Have surround sound setup and available for demonstration. Promotion: Let customers know what we have available and what we can do for them. How we can improve their home entertainment. Accessories: Speaker wire, extenders, cables, speakers, brackets, AV transmitters, a/b switches... Monster: Add Monster cables on to every sale.
